We remained focused on the primary essence of Mass Housing Scheme especially in Abuja which enables the Organized Private Sector produce housing for sale at affordable prices to low and medium-income groups in the city.

We have to this effect designed unique house types, built up at controlled cost and scheduled a simple payment plan next to non in the history of house payment plan in Nigeria.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT

IGNOK Facility Management encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality of the built environment by integrating people, place, process and technology. In IGNOK we see Operation and maintenance [O&M] as critical component of the overall program of facility management, and contains five distinct functions: Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Training, and Administration (OMETA). Beyond establishing and facilitating the OMETA links, our O&M managers have the responsibility of interfacing with other department managers and making their case for ever shrinking budgets

IGNOK puts systems in place for guaranteed efficiency and effectiveness in facility and property management. A well-managed facility functions at optimal level, offering real added value improvements.

Our Facility Management personnel are involved in dealing with various contractors and suppliers in carrying out maintenance and upgrades, providing services such as security, cleaning, and property maintenance.

CIVIL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION WORK

Using construction work techniques that are friendly to building users and the surrounding environment, our civil engineering undertakings include residential land development, rooftop green scaping, land decontamination, as well as a wide variety of river and bridge related construction works.

We plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities

The business is driven by our four directors, who have acquired over 60 years of work experience cumulatively in the building industry. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.

The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in Business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.
